Backache

Yesterday was not doing so well. Woke with back pain and ended up staying home on a heating pad. Not the best way to spend the day.

Dry Cleaning

Back before summer I sent my raincoat in to the cleaners and three times it has come back without being water repellant. What good does it do to have it soak up the rain like a sponge. The man from the cleaners says that they will refund my money and the check will be here Monday. I am not going to hold my breath on this one.

Two Lives

Over the past few months I have been trying to figure out how to sort between my first life and my second life. When they are mixed together things can get confusing. Below there is a link to the other sight that I tried. While the lay out looks nice it is hard to  work with. Check both places because I may go back and forth for a while. Happy reading.

Morning Rush

I got looking at The Wire and ended up rushing to get around in time for work. I grabbed my brown suit and went out the door. Turns out that my brown jacket has creases in it and I tried to get them out by getting the jacket wet. It does not appear to be working. Lets hope that I do not have to go anywhere I would need it.

I did put my hair back in a barette like the woman had said, but it feels odd.

Spiders & Kael

Over at Tabuk there was a few people there Blane was there and it was nice to see him again. Wash showed up after a while. It was hard to leave them and go see to the work in Fina.

When I arrived at Fina to take my walk around Az, the blacksmith offered to escort me around the village. It was a nice thing for him to do. When we got back near the courtyard there was an odd looking hole. Az got to close and the next thing you knew spiders were pouring out chasing us around and placing people in cacoons.

Tonight I saw Kael for a little while. Not much was said, but it was good to see him.

Don's "on the way"

It is really beginning to get me that Don keeps saying that he is coming and when push comes to shove he still hasn't. it would seem that i am not that important to him. - You make time for what is valuable for you. If that is really what you want it will happen. - So he doesn't want me but just someone to be there? I know that I don't get it. The old actions speak louder than words... what are his actions saying? I actually sent it to him and asked what his are saying...Don's comment "They say i believe in you and me." How can that be? I am still here alone.

Seems like all those old fears are true. I will die old and alone. The only thing I am good for is sex and not even that all that well. No one wants to touch me, let alone live with me. I am even unable to find a slave to own that would. .... Someone will only love me if forced to. I responded "I am not even worth visiting for a day or two." No visit in a year. No promise ring to even say he is coming. No help with finances. Three pictures and two CDs of his sermons.  Don's response, "U r worth way more than that".

SL: Job Chart

Worked on a chart that would help show what each position would do. It took a while, but I still think that Nat will not go for it. Well I have got a good start. Need to divide up the civil laws and create lessons. Complete them and then they can go on to be a warrior.

To Do List additions

Been working on getting a few of the to do's listed in Google, though I am not sure why I am bothering since there is no such thing as a repeating To Do here. I guess it still stems from the desire to have everything in one place and not bits and pieces scattered all over the place. -- I may do more looking into the MobileMe site. That may meet my needs better than anything else I have seen. Though I become a fan of Google in most cases. I think that there is a fee for MobileMe.

Time with Kael

I got to spend time with Kael and it did not involve the workload. He spoke of how i was really the Magistrate for Fina and that I showed wisdom in how I was handling things. (I am not sure the Head Scribe would agree with him.) It is nice to know Kael is proud of me.

Talk included a conversation about Adeera and how I do not want her to be a Magistrate since I have seen nothing to show that Adeera would be an asset. The focus that I would like to have is on the Guardsmen and what we are going to do with them. So far we really have nothing set up. I do think it would be good for have a body guard for me. In the books I am finding that there were often two.
