Lack of Warmth

Have you ever had a friend that wa your friend when it was convenient for them but did not seem that much interested in you at other times. I sent off an email to those who I believed were my friends about finding a lump in my breast. I was so scared. Why is we always think of the worst case? Anyway my one friend rarely ever looks at their email so when she found it some time later, rather than calling to find out what happened to me, I received an email back. She was upset because I had not called her and told her in the first place and told me to call her. Somehow I think it will be a long cold day when I make that call. My patience and understanding have worn out. I do not know how many times I have gotten one of the kids who said they wrote down what I said only to never hear back from her. Never do seem to get a return call even when I do actually get through to the voice mail. So this one seems done. Should she want to know the outcome of the test and all she knows where I live. Getting mad at me is very wrong under the circumstances.
